SEQUIM — A proposal for a 12-building, 395,000-square-foot shopping center on West Washington Street will be the subject of a public hearing before the City Council on May 27.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the Sequim Community Center, 190 W. Cedar St.
The council normally meets Monday night, but this session is being delayed by the Memorial Day holiday.
Sequim’s Planning Commission put its stamp of approval on the project last week despite hearing many objections from residents.
