SEQUIM — A school district task force has recommended integrating clusters of gifted students into regular classes as the best way to meet the needs students with higher abilities.
But the School Board didn’t act on the recommendations by the Academic Achievement Task Force during its Monday night meeting.
The task force was one of two formed earlier this year by the School Board — the other is looking into the pros and cons of all-day kindergarten classes.
Sequim kindergarten students currently attend school half-days.
