SEQUIM — After three years of guiding education efforts at Sequim High School, Principal Brian Pendleton will become principal of Walla Walla High School.
His new high school, with just more than 1,600 students, is nearly twice as large as Sequim’s.
Walla Walla, near the Washington-Oregon border, has a population of about 30,000.
Pendleton was named principal at Walla Walla by the district’s School Board Tuesday night. He will finish this school year in Sequim before leaving this summer.
