Sequim: Irrigation Festival royal court to appear

SEQUIM — Pin auctions and the first official appearance of Queen Jennifer Horton and her royal court highlight the Kickoff Dinner for the 107th annual Sequim Irrigation Festival on Saturday night.

The dinner will be at Guy Cole Convention Center in Carrie Blake Park.

The fun starts at 6 p.m. — dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.

Money from the event provides scholarships for the royal court comprising Horton and princesses Maggie Hooker, Courtney Obregon and Jennifer Lamb.
