SEQUIM — A group of parents who use the assistance of the Sequim School District to home-school their children are threatening to drop out of the program.
The parents’ main complaint is that administrator Randy Hill, who was hired at the start of the school year, runs the program more like a traditional school — something they are trying to get away from, they told the School Board on Monday night.
They also complained about a lack of communication from Hill, who oversees the district’s alternative education programs.
The home-school portion is called Olympic Peninsula Academy.
