Sequim: Residential blaze claims two lives

SEQUIM — Two people died after fire swept through a home at 190 Port Williams Road on Sunday, authorities reported Monday.

The victims were identified as Irvine Schuman and his sister, Agatha Schuman. Their ages were not available but both were described as elderly.

Clallam Fire District No. 3 Assistant Chief Tony Hudson said 20 firefighters arrived on the scene about four minutes after the call came in at 8:04 a.m. Sunday
