SEQUIM — The Sequim School Board will meet at 5 p.m. today to discuss selection of a superintendent search firm.
The board will meet at 503 N. Sequim Ave.
Superintendent Gary Neal has announced he will resign June 30.
The board hopes to have a temporary replacement for the district’s lead administrator in place before Neal’s final work day.
Directors on Monday night agreed to seek at least three proposals from superintendent search firms that would help the district hire an interim superintendent.
The announcement of today’s meeting was issued at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday.
