SEQUIM — Sequim-area residents can make their feelings known about the possibility of a new city hall by filling in a survey that’s being collected this month.
The questionnaire is being distributed in utility bills and is also available at the city’s Web site, which is www.ci.sequim.wa.us.
There also are copies at the current City Hall, 152 W. Cedar St.
“The intent is to get as much public input as to what the public thinks we should be doing with city hall,” said Frank Needham, the city’s capital projects manager.
The input will help guide decisions, such as what a new building would offer and where it would be located — and if a new building is needed.
“It will add input toward that process, though . . . the intent is to allow the community to say whether there’s a need or not,” Needham said.
