SEQUIM — Police are investigating a vandalism spree Monday night that led to smashed windows in five automobiles — two of them police squad cars — and a business in the downtown core.
Sgt. Sean Madison said investigators have a few leads so far on the incidents, but are not sure whether all five are related.
Damage to the police cars alone could total well above $1,000.
The vandalism apparently occurred at about 10:30 p.m., Madison said.
