After beating one another on the other’s home court, the Port Townsend and Chimacum boys basketball teams meet tonight for the third time this season.
Chimacum won their last meeting Jan. 23, topping Port Townsend 55-53 for the first time in 11 years on Tanner Colton’s 3-pointer in the final seconds at Port Townsend.
The Redskins beat the Cowboys 58-48 in Chimacum on Dec. 18.
Those were both Nisqually League games.
Tonight’s West Central District 2A Tournament semifinal means much more as the winner is guaranteed a trip to state.
