PORT LUDLOW — State Highway 19 has been reopened after replacement of a culvert at Swansonville Creek, according to a press release from the state Department of Transportation.
The temporary traffic signals on state Highway 104 and on Center Road have been removed, the DOT said.
The project was part of the state’s ongoing efforts to improve fish passage.
