The secretary of state’s office says voters should receive their copy between Oct. 5 and Oct. 23.
The online version is already available.

The Peninsula Daily News’ voter guide on North Olympic Peninsula candidates and issues in the Nov. 3 election will appear with editions of Oct. 16 — during the week that ballots are mailed out — and free copies will be available at public contact points such as libraries, courthouses and senior centers the following week.
