PORT ANGELES — Donations of school supples will be accepted for the Port Angeles School District’s “Stuff the Bus” event on Saturday.
Collection will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Rite Aid/Goodwill parking lot at Sixth and Lincoln streets in Port Angeles.
Organizers will be collecting school supplies to help Port Angeles kindergarten through 12th-grade students prepare for their first day of school in September.
Supplies will be distributed during at the 2011 Back to School Event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, at Jefferson Elementary School, 218 E. 12th St.
