School supply donation drives are gearing up in Sequim and Port Angeles.
Stuff the Bus, the annual school supplies donation drive, kicks off today in Sequim and Saturday in Port Angeles.

Monetary donations may be dropped off at the Sequim unit of the Boys &Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula at 400 W. Fir St.
The Sequim Stuff the Bus will culminate in an event from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 11, at the Walmart Supercenter at 1110 W. Washington St., Sequim. A school bus will be parked on site, with a school bus driver on hand to provide information about bus routes and school transportation. At the store’s entrance, shoppers can find a list of school supplies needed and can drop items they have purchased in collection bins at the store’s main entrance as they leave.
The Port Angeles School District will host Stuff the Bus from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the Walmart Supercenter at 3411 Kolonels Way in Port Angeles. Look for a yellow school bus to make donations.
Donations also can be left at the Port Angeles School District Central Services Building, 216 Fourth St., across from the Clallam County Courthouse.
