SEQUIM — Monica Dixon will present “Living Well: 10 Tools for a Healthier You!” from noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 7.
Dixon will address the Tea with S.H.E seminar at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave.
She is a health psychologist and registered dietician as well as a co-founder of the Olympic Peninsula Healthy Community Coalition.
Dixon will host a short Q&A session after her presentation.
Tea with S.H.E. is a series of seminars sponsored by Soroptimist International of Sequim.
The seminar is free and open to the public.
