This week’s schedule of free outdoor music on the North Olympic Peninsula:
■ PORT TOWNSEND — Today at 3 p.m., the 45-member Port Townsend Summer Band at the Chetzemoka Park gazebo, corner of Blaine and Jackson streets.
Conductor Karl Bach has chosen a varied program for the band to perform.
Attendees are urged to bring a chair or blanket and a picnic meal to enjoy while listening to the performance.

■ SEQUIM — Tuesday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Soul Ducks (rockabilly and blues).
Sequim’s Music in the Park series is every Tuesday through Aug. 27 at the outdoor James Center amphitheater in the Sequim Water Reuse Park, 563 N. Rhodefer Road, just north of Carrie Blake Park.
Don’t forget to bring your own seating to the grassy expanse.
Next Concert in the Park: Twisted Roots (folk), Aug. 6.
■ PORT ANGELES — Wednesday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Witherow (folk and rock).
The Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce’s concert series is every Wednesday night through Sept. 4 at City Pier.
City Pier is a no-smoking, no-skateboards, alcohol-free venue. Some chairs are available for the disabled and early arrivals.
Next Concert on the Pier: The Retro Guys (rock), Aug. 7.
“Bubble Man” — Greg Bondy, who provides entertainment for kids at Concert on the Pier with chalk for pavement drawing and a bubble-making machine — is running low on supplies and would appreciate donations.
Boxes of colored “sidewalk chalk” and bottles of bubble-making “super soap” can be brought to the concerts or dropped off at Hartnagel Building Supply, 3111 E. U.S. Highway 101, Port Angeles.
■ PORT TOWNSEND — Thursday, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Buck Ellard with Pies on the Run (country).
The Port Townsend Main Street Concert on the Dock series is every Thursday through Aug. 29 at the Pope Marine Plaza on the downtown waterfront.
Bring chairs or a blanket; some chairs are available in a wine, beer and cider garden.
Next Concert on the Dock: Ranger and The Re-Arrangers (gypsy jazz), Aug. 8.
■ SEQUIM — Friday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Olympic Express Big Band (big-band swing, standards, Dixieland).
The Summertime Music Outdoors series is every Friday night through Aug. 23 behind the Sequim Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave., using bleachers and an outdoor stage funded by the Friends of Sequim Library.
Bring a blanket or lawn chairs for additional seating.
Next Summertime concert: Erin Hennessey, David Rivers and Friends (guitar and Irish fiddle), Aug. 9.
■ NORDLAND — Sunday, Aug. 4, at 3 p.m., Navy Band Northwest “Passage” at Fort Flagler State Park’s Battery Bankhead, 10541 Flagler Road.
The band covers hits from the 1960s through the present, lending its interpretation to artists as diverse as Johnny Cash, Led Zeppelin, Heart, Journey, Radiohead, Lady Antebellum and Brandi Carlisle.
Bring chairs or blankets.
While the concert is free, a Discover Pass is required to visit the state park.
