■ Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce — Twice-monthly luncheon meetings are held on the first and third Mondays at noon in the second-floor meeting room of the Red Lion Hotel, 221 N. Lincoln St.
This Monday’s luncheon speaker will be U.S. Rep. Derek Kilmer, D-Gig Harbor, whose 6th Congressional District includes the North Olympic Peninsula.
Tickets for the luncheon are $15 and can be purchased from the meeting room cashier.
For those not having lunch, there is a $3 participation fee that includes a beverage.
■ Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce — Weekly luncheon meetings are held Mondays at noon at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St.
This Monday’s featured speakers will be Ginnette Dalton, Kitsap Bank regional vice president, and Kristin Manwaring, owner of Kristin Manwaring Insurance.
They will discuss the benefits of health savings accounts both to the individual employee of a group that offers a qualified health plan as well as the business owners who may be considering one.
The meeting sponsor will be Circle & Square Auto.
Lunch at $8 will be served by Subway.
■ Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce — Luncheon meetings are held at 11:45 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at noon at SunLand Golf & Country Club, 109 Hilltop Drive, Sequim.
Featured speaker this Tuesday will be Elaine Jones, a certified business adviser with the Washington State University Small Business Development Center based in Port Townsend.
Jones will discuss “No-Cost and Low-Cost Resources for Business.”
Also scheduled for Tuesday’s luncheon is a Sequim High School operetta performance.
Reservations for lunch closed Friday, but seats are available for those who are not having lunch. Coffee or tea is $3.

■ Forks Chamber of Commerce — Luncheon meetings are Wednesdays at noon at JT’s Sweet Stuffs, 80 N. Forks Ave.
This Wednesday’s program will feature American Red Cross representatives Josie Olsen and Kristal Sippell.
Lunch costs $8; a bowl of soup, $4.75; and a cup of soup, $4. The entree is taco salad.
■ North Hood Canal Chamber of Commerce — Representing the “Emerald Towns” of the Hood Canal, Quilcene and Brinnon, the chamber meets monthly on the third Monday of the month.
The group will meet this Monday at 5:30 p.m. at the Quilcene Community Center, 294952 U.S. Highway 101 in Quilcene, to hear Dean Yoshina, Olympic National Forest district ranger.
Yoshina, who manages Olympic’s Hood Canal Ranger District, will discuss “The State of Olympic National Forest.”
■ Port Angeles Business Association — Breakfast meetings are Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 DelGuzzi Drive, Port Angeles.
This Tuesday’s program will feature Bob Lumens and Rick Mathis, president and vice president, respectively, of the Port Angeles Downtown Association.
They will discuss possible state business and occupations tax refunds to the downtown core for business enhancement and improvement.
There is a $3 minimum charge by Joshua’s for those who do not order breakfast.
