Tickets on sale for Clallam GOP’s March 7 Lincoln Day Dinner

PORT ANGELES — Tickets are on sale for the Clallam County GOP Lincoln Day Dinner on Saturday, March 7.

The event — featuring keynote speaker Susan Hutchison, the state Republican chairwoman — will be at the Elks Naval Lodge.

A no-host cocktail reception will start at 5 p.m.

Dinner — which offers a choice of prime rib or chicken marsala — will begin at 6 p.m.

Individual tickets are $60. It is also possible to buy a table for eight.

Hutchison will be introduced by state Rep. Elizabeth Scott of the 39th District, which covers most of Snohomish and Skagit counties and the northeastern corner of King County.

Attendees will hear what is happening politically, not only in Port Angeles but also in Olympia and other areas, organizers said.

Auction items will include a Remington 870-20-gauge, pump-action shotgun; a salmon fishing trip for two; gift certificates from local restaurants; and a two-night getaway at a guest cottage near Joyce.

Tickets can be purchased at GOP headquarters at 509 Lincoln St. between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, phoning 360-417-3035 or emailing county GOP Vice Chairwoman Jindy O’Donnell at odonnelt@q.com.
