BLYN — Tickets are on sale now for the Clallam County Democrats’ 2017 Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt Dinner fundraiser, set for Oct. 20 at 7 Cedars Casino in Blyn.
Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson is the event’s keynote speaker.
A meet-and-greet is set from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., followed by dinner and a program from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Rep. Mike Chapman, D-Port Angeles, will serve as master of ceremonies.
Tickets can be purchased at Democratic Headquarters at 124-A W. First St., Port Angeles; online at www.clallam democrats.org (Paypal accepted), or at Port Book and News, 104 E. First St., Port Angeles.
Tickets purchased by Oct. 10 are $55 per person. They will be $60 thereafter. Table reservations (eight people) cost $440 through Oct. 10 and $480 after that date.
The event includes a silent auction.
Proceeds from the dinner and auction support future candidates for elected office and help maintain the Clallam County Democratic Headquarters in Port Angeles.
