SEQUIM –– Advance tickets are on sale for the Sequim Lavender Farm Faire, part of the city’s celebration of all thing lavender July 19-21.
Tickets for the three-day Farm Faire, organized by the Sequim Lavender Farmers Association, went on sale this week for $10 for the entire weekend.
That price is available through July 18, when the price will rise to $15.
Six-farm tour
The farmers association tour includes stops at six farms around Sequim and the Dungeness Valley: Purple Haze Lavender Farm, Olympic Lavender, Jardin Du Soleil Lavender Farm, Lost Mountain Lavender Farm, Victor’s Lavender Farm & Nursery and Washington Lavender Farm.
Along with lavender and lavender products, workshops, demonstrations, music and food are featured at each farm.
Tickets are available online at www.sequimlavenderfarms.org or in person at First Federal branches in Sequim and Port Angeles, Heather Creek, Jardin du Soleil Lavender, Lost Mountain Lavender, McComb Gardens Nursery, Necessities & Temptations gift shop, Olympic Cellars Winery, Over the Fence, Port Book & News, Purple Haze Lavender Farm & Store, Reddog Coffee Co., Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce, Victor’s Lavender Farm & Nursery, Washington Lavender Farm, Wild Birds Unlimited and in Seattle at All Things Lavender.
The separate Sequim Lavender Growers Association tour includes stops at seven farms the same weekend: Blackberry Forest, Martha Lane Lavender, Oliver’s Lavender Farm, Nelson’s Duck Pond & Lavender Farm, Peninsula Nurseries, The Lavender Connection and Graysmarsh Farm.
No cost to tour
There is no cost to tour the farms on the growers association’s Sequim Lavender Festival route.
