PORT TOWNSEND — Unity Church and the Port Townsend Yogananda meditation group are inviting the public this weekend to a kirtan — a sacred chanting gathering with spiritual directors Hriman and Padma Gilloway — in a discussion and service today.
It is free, with donations accepted, at the Unity Spiritual Enrichment Center, 3918 San Juan Ave., across the street from Blue Heron Middle School.
At the Unity center Sunday from 11 a.m. till noon, Hriman and Padma will give a talk titled “Finding Happiness,” lead chanting and conduct a “festival of light” service for feeling union with the Divine.
