NEAH BAY — One of two people airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after a Friday wreck near Neah Bay was discharged later that day, the nursing supervisor said Saturday.

Tiara E. Dean, 19, of Neah Bay was discharged.

No information was provided Saturday on the condition of Anthony Lawrence, 29, also of Neah Bay, who was driving the 2014 GMC Sierra pickup truck that plunged 40 feet down an embankment near the Snow Creek Resort at 12:47 a.m.

Passenger John A. Neuneker, 38, of Methow Valley was injured and transported to the Neah Bay Clinic.

His condition also was unknown Saturday.

Auston J. Jimmicum, 17, also was a passenger in the vehicle and was not injured, the State Patrol said.

The State Patrol reported that the pickup truck was traveling east on state Highway 112 and failed to make a 90-degree right turn.

It crossed the centerline, drove off the westbound shoulder and struck a large alder tree.

State Patrol said the truck came to rest about 40 feet below the roadway near the resort.

The cause of the wreck is under investigation.

The State Patrol reported that drugs or alcohol were involved.
