PORT ANGELES — Westbound U.S. Highway 101 was partially blocked east of Port Angeles Wednesday afternoon after a multi-vehicle, chain-reaction wreck, according to emergency officials.
State Patrol troopers said a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Tim R. McDonald, 75, of Port Angeles struck a 2000 Subaru Forester stopped at a traffic light on Highway 101 near Milepost 251 shortly before 4 p.m.
The Subaru, driven by Donna M. Ford, 57, of Port Angeles, was pushed into a 2000 Ford F350 pickup truck also stopped for the red light, troopers reported.
The drivers and passengers in the Subaru and Ford pickup were treated at the scene by paramedics from Clallam County Fire District No. 2. All vehicles except the Subaru were driven from the scene.
