Power to an area south of East Fifth Street in Port Angeles will be shut off from 10 p.m. Friday to 3 a.m. Saturday so that electrical equipment can be upgraded.
Wednesday’s PDN misreported the expected outage times.
The affected area is off of Golf Course Road and Lindberg Road to Woodhaven Lane on the city’s eastern side.
The work is being done overnight to minimize disruption, city officials said. All customers in the outage area are being notified by door circulars prior to the power outage.
