PORT ANGELES — About 11,500 Clallam County Public Utility District customers are without power because of a tree that fell across power lines, causing circuit breakers to trip between Gales Addition east of Port Angeles to the Dungeness River.
The tree is reportedly in the Kitchen-Dick area near Carlsborg. A PUD spokesman said it’s estimated that it will take 2 hours to restore service.
Updates as warranted.
