PORT TOWNSEND — “HeadTrip,” magician Joey Pipia and performance artist Phina Pipia’s journey through the depths of the mind, returns yet again to the Chameleon Theater, 800 W. Park Ave., this Saturday night.
The 8 p.m. show begins with a traditional magic effect but quickly spirals into the magic of the mind, Joey promises.
“One effect during the evening uses everyone’s cellphone to reach the world beyond,” he quips in his news release.
“To see how the effect turns out, you need to be there. Also during the evening, minds are read, but it’s all in good fun.”
Tickets are $20; the show sold out in December at the Chameleon and again in January, so Joey invites the curious to visit brownpapertickets.com, or phone 360-774-2202 for reservations.
“You’ll be amazed at the power of the human mind while you laugh at the wonder of the human condition,” Joey writes. “The entire evening is created with one goal: for everyone to have fun while expecting the unexpected.”
