A Beaver man was released from custody Friday morning because the incident report detailing his arrest was not turned over to the Clallam County prosecuting attorney’s office prior to appearance in court.
Dean Earl Goos, 58, was arrested Thursday for malicious mischief and resisting arrest by a sheriff’s deputy after Goos allegedly rolled a car into Lake Pleasant.
He was initially booked into the Forks jail Thursday and then transferred to the Clallam County jail Friday.
A spokesman for the prosecuting attorney’s office said Goos was released because of the lack of required paper work.
