Winborn to address Port Angeles Kiwanis Club

Presentation streaming free on Zoom

PORT ANGELES — Mary Ellen Winborn will address a meeting of the Port Angeles Kiwanis Club at 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

The free presentation will stream on Zoom meetings.

Winborn is the Clallam County director of community development.
