PORT ANGELES — An 18-year-old woman alleged to have held a knife to a man’s throat at the Port Angeles Albertsons store will be arraigned July 1 in Clallam County Superior Court on a second-degree assault charge.
According to a police probable-cause statement, Makenzi Rae Dills approached two men in the store’s parking lot Tuesday and held a knife to one of their throats briefly before telling both men they were going to “get gutted like fish.”
Dills remained in the Clallam County jail Thursday.
Bail is set at $25,000.
Port Angeles police arrested her at about 7 p.m. at the store at 114 E. Lauridsen Blvd.
The men told police they did not know her.
Store employees had told Dills to leave the store 20 minutes earlier for harassing customers, police said.
