PORT ANGELES — The state Department of Transportation is hosting an online open house to highlight future improvements to U.S. Highway 101 in Clallam County and to collect public input regarding roundabouts, pedestrian and bicycle improvements.
The department plans to begin two paving projects, one extending from Kolonels Way to Shore Road and another from Kitchen-Dick Road to Simdars Road in 2025.
The open house is online at https://engage.wsdot.wa.gov/us-101-paving-pre-design-projects through Aug. 5.
