Wilder/Aggies alumni game set for Saturday

PORT ANGELES — Wilder Baseball Club has updated the date and time of its annual Aggies-Wilder alumni vs. Wilder Senior baseball game.

The nine-inning game will be held at Civic Field at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

Admission is free, with donations accepted at the door.

Wilder apparel will be for sale.

Former players Scott Napiontek, Scott Schwagler, Thor Gunderson, Jeremy Copeland, Chad Copeland, Chad Wagner, Eric Lane, Michael Dean, Danny Romero, Danny Clawson, Buck Stone, Garrett Payton, Augie Konopaski, Brady Konopaski, Michael Konopaski, Marcus Konopaski, Joey Bradley, JR Flores, Ryan Mudd, Chase Jangula and Cole Uvila are expected to play for the alumni team, according to Wilder’s Mike Politika.

PAHS girls hoops clinic

PORT ANGELES — A basketball clinic for girls entering grades six through nine will be held next week at Port Angeles High School.

The clinic will be led by Port Angeles High School girls basketball coaches and players.

It will run from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday and Friday, June 22-23.

The cost is $40 and is payable at the door on June 22.
