He also scored 14 against Olympic League favorite North Kitsap and 11 in a 74-58 thumping of Centralia. Edwards’ teammate Luke Angevine is confident in the play of Edwards and fellow sophomore Liam Clark.
“They’ve been huge,” Angevine said of Clark and Edwards.
“They are always reliable. We know we can dump the ball down in the post and be confident we will get a basket.”
The Riders will look to do just that when they host a holiday basketball tournament this Thursday and Friday with Forks, R.A. Long (Longview) and Rochester all coming to town. Games are scheduled for 5:15 p.m. and7 p.m. both nights.
