ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Olin Reynolds, Quilcene football

Olin Reynolds

Olin Reynolds

Quilcene’s Olin Reynolds had a spectacular game to help the Rangers beat Crescent 52-22.

Reynolds had touchdown runs of 3, 81 and 40 yards, then added two more touchdowns on 80- and 40-yard punt returns.

In addition to his five touchdowns, Reynolds tallied a total of 264 yards of all-purpose yardage in the game.

This comes after four touchdowns in the Rangers’ season-opening win over Mary M. Knight.

In two games this year, Reynolds has already scored nine touchdowns and has accumulated 290 yards rushing.

This week, Reynolds and the Rangers get a huge test, going up against powerhouse Neah Bay on the road Friday night.
