PREP ROUNDUP: East Jefferson’s Yearian, Fraser shine at the Hole in the Wall

ARLINGTON — Numerous Port Angeles and East Jefferson runners participated in the Nike Hole in the Wall Cross Country Invitational with East Jefferson’s Aliyah Cassidy Yearian making a strong showing as a top-15 runner in the elite class.

Going up against the top prep runners in the Pacific Northwest, Yearian finished 13th with a time of 18:24.6 seconds, a little behind her Hole in the Wall time last year, but her second-best 5K time ever.
