PORT ANGELES — The Port Angeles boys and girls track and field team dominated a three-way Olympic League meet with Port Townsend and Bremerton on Thursday.
Nick Peterson won four events to spark the boys team while teammate Medhi Ettehadulhagh was a double winner in individual events.
Cece Stevenson led the girls with three wins while Kathryn Moseley and Chanda Romney were double winners.
Justin Boland and Habtamu Rubio won two events each for the Port Townsend boys.
The Roughrider boys won with 98 points while Bremerton was second with 47 and the Redskins third with 34.
Port Angeles easily took the girls meet with 104.5 points while the Redskins were runners-up with 43.5 and the Knights third with 39.
Peterson won the 110-meter hurdles (16.24), the high jump (5-8), the triple jump (41-2.5) and the pole vault (12-0).
The Port Angeles boys had 32 individual personal records in the meet while the girls had 19.
Long-distance standout Rubio won the 800 and 3,200 runs for the Redskins while teammate Boland won the shot put and the discus.
For the girls, Stevenson came in first in the 100 hurdles, 300 hurdles and high jump. Moseley took the 200 and 400 while Romney was first in the 3,200 and long jump.
Also taking first place was Port Townsend’s Christine Unrue, who won the javelin.
Girls Golf Sequim 113, North Mason 32
ALLYN — Zoei Zbaraschuk continued her torrid ways in the Olympic League, sparking the Wolves to the easy win at Lakeland Village Golf Course on Thursday.
Sequim remained undefeated on the year (6-0, 8-0) and Zbaraschuk — who signed a letter-of-intent to play at Division II golf powerhouse Sonoma State earlier this week — won her 22nd consecutive league match.
Zbaraschuk shot 42 for the nine holes for 30 stableford points while Kim Duce and Lisa Doan both shot 46 for 24 points each.
Hailey Estes had 21 points whileAshley Morton had 13.
Klahowya 58, Port Townsend 44
BREMERTON — For having only two girls on their team, the Redskins stayed right with the Eagles in Olympic League action at Gold Mountain on Thursday.
Port Townsend ace Jenny Grauberger won medalist honors for the fourth straight match with a 46 on the nine holes for 26 stableford points.
Alexa Russell took third for the Redskins with a score of 54 for 18 points.
“Our girls played really well on the hilly back nine in wet conditions,” coach Gabe Tonan said. “Jenny Grauberger has had an outstanding season.”
The Redskins next play Kingston and North Kitsap at White Horse Golf Club on Monday.
Boys Golf Sequim 98, North Mason 42
ALLYN — Steve Loerlien led the Wolves at Lakeland Village Golf Course on Thursday in Olympic League action with a medalist score of 79 for 28 stableford points.
Ryan O’Mera was right behind with an 82 for 25 points while Ezra Perkins had 16 points and Casey Torres earned 15.
The Wolves (4-2, 6-2) next play at Duke Streeter today in Port Angeles and conclude regular league play Tuesday at Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course against rival Port Angeles.
Port Townsend 130, Klahowya 80
BREMERTON — Sean Anderson and Ronnie Harrell tied for medalist honors to spark the Redskins in the Olympic League match at Gold Mountain on Thursday.
Both players shot 73 in the 18-hole match but Anderson had 36 stableford points while Harrell collected 35 points.
Cody Piper shot 81 for 27 points.
Softball Montesano 18, 15, Forks 0, 1
FORKS — The youthful Spartans took it on the chin in another Southwest Washington League doubleheader Thursday.
Taylor Morris went 1-for-2 in the first game with a double while Siera Noles and Sassy Price played well in the second contest.
Price went 1-for-2 with a triple while Noles was 1-for-1 off the bench for Forks.
Raven McCann had the Spartans line RBI in the game.
Forks next hosts Tenino on Tuesday in its final home game of the year.
Boys Soccer Kingston 4, Port Townsend 0
PORT TOWNSEND — A late first half goal sparked the Buccaneers in a shutout Olympic League victory over the Redskins Thursday.
“They just did a better job of getting their players into open space,” Port Townsend coach Patrick Kane said. “And once they got a lead they defended well.”
Port Townsend (2-7-1 in league, 4-8-1 overall) heads to Sequim tonight for another league game.

PORT ANGELES — Strong wind and a slow start hampered the Roughriders in Olympic League action Thursday.
Bremerton outshot the Riders 22-7, scoring three goals in the first half and adding two in the second half.
The Riders record dropped to 3-2-1 in league and 4-9-1 overall.
Coach Chris Saari named Max Bukovnik and Nick Shindler as the transition players of the game.
The Riders will face North Kitsap in Poulsbo on Tuesday.
Baseball Montesano 22, 11 Forks 0, 1
FORKS — The fourth-ranked Bulldogs showed exactly why they are considered state contenders in the two-game sweep of the Spartans on Thursday.
Montesano ripped off 30 hits, including two home runs, in the SWL-Evergreen Division doubleheader, scoring 33 runs in the process.
“They just pounded the ball,” Forks coach Jerry DeFord said.
The Spartans (0-11, 1-12) host Tenino on Tuesday on Senior Night.

Girls Tennis North Kitsap 4, Port Angeles 3
POULSBO — The Vikings narrowly edged the Riders to hand them their second Olympic League loss the season.
“The last four times we’ve played North Kitsap, the final score has been 4-3, so I knew it would be a close one,” Rider coach Brian Gundersen said. “We had opportunities to win matches in the third set, but couldn’t get it done today.”
Alexis Corn claimed the No. 1 singles match, topping Sarah Farmer, 6-0, 6-1.
“Alexis continues to get better every match she plays,” said coach Gundersen.
Shayla Bohman took the No. 3 singles match with a 6-3, 6-4, win over Ashton Asquith.
Also winning was the Riders No. 4 doubles tandem of Danielle Rutherford and Paige Witherow.
They defeated Kerri McGinty and Meagan McClanahan, 6-7, 6-2, 6-1.
The Riders next host Bremerton on Tuesday.
