The Port Angeles High School summer team had a successful tournament at the Camp Classic in Yakima, beating out 29 other schools to win the title. Port Angeles went 9-3 in the three-day tournament and beat Ephrata 70-40 in the semifinals and Wapato 65-61 in the championship game. The junior varsity team went undefeated in pool play, but lost 55-51 to Grandview in the title game.
