PORT ANGELES — Plans are in the works to hold an adult coed volleyball league, formerly run by the City of Port Angeles Parks and Recreation Department, at Peninsula College this fall.
Currently, five teams are signed up to compete in the B Division on Monday evenings and only two for the A Division on Thursdays, which will be cancelled if more teams don’t register. The cost is $45 per player. Team captains can secure their spot by contacting Rick Ross at Peninsula College at rross@pencol.edu.
Individuals wanting to get on a team are invited to attend the open gyms at 7 p.m. Monday or at 7 p.m. Oct. 14. League play starts on Oct. 18.
The league will be following the state guidelines for indoor recreation sports, so masks will be required for all participants.
